ZHU featuring Bone Thugs-N-Harmony & Trombone Shorty – Hold Up, Wait A Minute
“Faded” now takes a whole new meaning.
ZHU‘s Genesis Series project is due for release tomorrow and the enigmatic producer has been amping up the anticipation with the release of a new track, featuring none-other-than legendary Cleveland rap quintet Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Although only Krayzie Bone and Bizzy Bone make appearances (we also hear a bit of Wish Bone in the refrain), the music veterans haven’t lost their ability to amaze with their signature rapid, melodic rap style, which fit in nicely with ZHU’s laid back, uptempo and funky instrumental. New Orleans’ brass mastermind Trombone Shorty also adds a nice touch to the track with their outstanding brass licks throughout. Listen to it above.
