Nike's Air Tailwind '79 OG to Return in "Vast Grey/Photo Blue"

Following news of an Air Max Tailwind 4 revival, Nike is set to bring back another model from the same lineage, the Air Tailwind ‘79, for its Fall season lineup.
Arriving in a retro “Vast Grey/Photo Blue” colorway, this version of the throwback model stays true to its original blueprint with a mesh and suede upper, blue leather Swoosh, vintage Air sole unit and rubber waffle outsole. Other details include Nike branding at the heel pull tab and an exposed foam tongue tab.
The Nike Air Tailwind ‘79 OG “Vast Grey/Photo Blue” will release on October 17 at Nike’s web store and select retailers worldwide. Let us know if this is a cop or drop and for more classic sneakers, Nike’s SB Gato is slated to drop in general release colorways.
