Indian Motorcycles Introduces the All-New V-Twin FTR 1200
Inspired by the FTR 750 race bike.
Indian Motorcycles introduces a new line of flat-track-inspired motorcycles. The all new FTR 1200 is a sports bike that features a 1203cc, liquid-cooled V-twin engine. Packing 120 horsepower on two wheels, the bike also features 320mm Brembo ABS brakes, cruise control, rear swing-arm suspension, USB charging, LED lighting, and a lower center of gravity due to the placement of the gas tank under the seat.
Coming in two trims, the FTR 1200 and the FTR 1200 S, the “S” version will see an additional lean-angle control, adjustable ride stiffness, three driving mode options, a 4.3-inch Ride Command touchscreen, and even traction and wheelie mitigation control. Priced at $12,999 USD and $14,999 USD for the FTR 1200 and the FTR 1200 S, respectively, look for these two flat-track-race-inspired bikes to hit showrooms Spring 2019.
