Gucci Mane Cut His $75,000 USD Wedding Cake With a Sword
The life of the rich and famous.
On Tuesday, Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir finally tied the knot in grandiose style. The longtime lovers’ lavish ceremony, dubbed “The Mane Event,” was rumored to cost $1.7 million USD and marked the premiere of the couple’s The Mane Event reality show. To top off the epic celebration, the couple splurged $75,000 USD on an unbelievable wedding cake, that Gucci proceeded to cut with a sword.
The gargantuan cake, which was created by Edda Martinez and Edda’s Cake Designs, required three days to bake. Upon completion, the cake proudly stood 10-feet tall and included 8,000 handmade sugar flowers, red velvet, carrot, Jamaican rum, banana nut and amaretto. Just in case that wasn’t enough, it was decorated with 2,500 Swarovski crystals. The wedding, that aired live on BET, took place at the Four Seasons Hotel and was attended by numerous big names, such as Diddy, Rick Ross and 2 Chainz.
