Appearing on Travis Scott’s highly anticipated debut album, Rodeo, “Wasted” reportedly went through several reworks before releasing with a Juicy J feature. Recently, a demo cut of the popular track featuring Sad Boys icon Yung Lean surfaced to the delight of SBE and La Flame fans.

The unmastered Yung Lean version of “Wasted” exhibits a slower tempo and quite a lot more usage of auto-tune, which creates a raw tone not seen on the official release of the track. Additionally, it has been noted that Yung Lean was not the only person taken off the track, as recording artist King Krule also recorded verses for “Wasted.”

Listen to Yung Lean and Travis Scott on the “Wasted” demo above and let us know what you think about the alternate version.

For more Travis Scott news, the Houston artist recently invited a young fan on stage to perform “goosebumps.”
