Post Malone Fires Back At "Culture Vulture" Critics
This after, “there’s a struggle being a white rapper.”

After facing heat for his thoughts on what many viewed as a dismissive stance towards hip-hop music, Post Malone is now firing back at his critics once again. This following his recent interview with GQ where he denied claims of black appropriation while also proclaiming “there’s a struggle being a white rapper,” also adding “But I don’t want to be a rapper, I just want to be a person that makes music. I make music that I like, and I think that kicks ass, that I think people who fuck with me as a person and as an artist will like.”
Fast forward to this past weekend during his show at Miami’s LIV nightclub, the “rockstar” rapper took an unexpected intermission to go on a full-blown rant to call out all his critics:
“There’s a lot of people that wanted to talk down on me, and laugh at me, and call me a ‘culture vulture,’ and say that I don’t appreciate hip-hop, that I don’t do nothing for the culture and I always say, congratu-fucking-lations, man.” He also added, “I guess this is me telling y’all to live your fucking best life, don’t listen to what the fuck nobody has to say about you. Because you are the fucking shit, and you can do whatever the fuck you want to do if you believe in your fucking self!”
