Watch AJ Tracey and Kojey Radical Star in XL’s Short Film “NEW GEN"

Having earlier this year dropped a capsule of limited edition merchandiseXL Records has now released its latest project — a short film focusing on life for black Britons, entitled “NEW GEN.” The 16-minute clip is a mixture of acapella raps alongside dreamily-shot vignettes and scenes of London life.

Starring in the video are Kojey Radical and AJ Tracey, who appear alongside slightly newer names such as Jevon, Hacko, and Dotty who all deliver raps in their own segments in the three-act film.

You can watch “NEW GEN” above for yourself. Kojey Radical is accustomed to appearing on camera, with his last starring role being a daring short film about mental health created for adidas.
