Kendrick Lamar Could Have Another 'Black Panther' Collab Coming
Reportedly bringing in a new track with TDE’s Isaiah Rashad.
After working with fellow TDE members SZA — on “All The Stars” — and Jay Rock, on “Kings Dead,” Kendrick Lamar could have another collaboration on Black Panther: The Album. According to reports, the next TDE collaborator to appear on the album will be Isaiah Rashad.
The news comes from TDE DJ MackWop, who first mentioned a new Kendrick Lamar and Isaiah Rashad project back in August last year. MackWop tweeted that he had “Woke up to some new kdot an Isaiah rekords in my text” at the time, before quote-tweeting it with the news that the unreleased track “Ended up being the black panther shindig.”
At the moment, there’s no news on whether or not the collaboration will be released as a single, so you might have to wait until the album’s release on February 9. The soundtrack is also set to feature new music from Vince Staples, which was teased in a recent trailer.
