Their first release since 2013.
After hinting about a new album over the course of 2016, it appears Arcade Fire are finally ready to drop some music. Today, the band shares an emphatic new track called “I Give You Power” featuring soul legend, Mavis Staples. This single is the band’s first material of any kind since the release of 2013’s Reflektor. No word if this is the first single off the as-yet-untitled new album, or just a one-off.
