A surprise performance from the Canadian superstar.
Fans in attendance at the Roxy last night in Los Angeles were in for a big surprise when The Weeknd showed up for an impromptu performance with 6lack. Shortly before 6 p.m. PST, the Canadian singer tweeted that he would be “poppin’ up somewhere in LA.” Folks on social media immediately suspected he would make an appearance at 6lack’s show after he posted an image of them together just the night before. Well, the Twitter detectives weren’t wrong and not only did The Weeknd show up at 6lack’s concert, he performed “Starboy” and “Reminder” for the crowd. Check out the footage below.
