Lacoste Reconstructs the Iconic Polo for New sacai Collaboration
The “green alligator” receives new life.
After linking up with Junya Watanabe this past April, Lacoste is breathing new life into the brand’s iconic polo creations via a special collaboration with premier Japanese brand sacai.
The collaboration includes 15 new fits that rework preppy Lacoste silhouettes into more avant-streetwear suitable for the modern fashion set. Classic pullovers feature cinch-tied hemlines, polo shirts sport double-stitched seams and pleated skirts don elongated utility belts.
Take a look at Lacoste and sacai’s collaboration above and look out for the collection when it hits stores on Saturday, September 16.
