Rising South Korean label IISE returns with yet another striking collection for the Fall/Winter 2017 season. The imprint has purveyed a modish series of sportswear apparel coupled with unconventional suiting to boot. The lookbook imagery for the range dubbed “005” was captured in a slew of old establishments which juxtaposes the contemporary garments yet brings a unique ambiance to the series as a whole.

“This collection was shot in vintage café’s, billiard clubs, and barbershops that sprung up all over the city of Seoul after the Korean War as meeting places for business men, students, and creatives to freely share ideas for a new Korea,” said the brand in a statement. “After visiting these establishments, some of which have existed for over 40 years, we realized not much has changed as we found ourselves sharing and discussing our own ideas about the collection in these same places, which served as the inspiration behind ‘005’.”

Check out the gallery above and expect IISE’s latest pieces to arrive online and at select retailers soon.
