Realistic "Mosh-Pit" Paintings Cover Dior Homme's Fall/Winter 2017 Collection
Courtesy of the storied artist, Dan Witz.

Last January, Kris Van Assche unveiled his 2017 fall/winter collection for Dior Homme during Paris Men’s Fashion Week. Sprinkled within each of the designer’s bold pieces for the cold season assemblage is a batch of eye-catching graphic wares made in collaboration with Brooklyn-based artist Dan Witz. A slew of Witz’s celebrated hyperrealistic “Mosh-Pit” paintings cover a premium range of outerwear, suiting, bottoms, and accessories. Standout items from the series include an elongated cape with zipper closure, a monochromatic blazer with matching suit pants, and an oversized tote bag all embellished with the artist’s anarchic images which he captured at actual punk shows and then meticulously translated into a series of artworks.
