Rick Owens Joins Forces With Hood Rubber Company for New Footwear Collaboration
Two different styles, available in three colours.
American heritage footwear brand Hood Rubber Company has announced its collaboration with “Dark Lord” Rick Owens on two boot silhouettes: the Laceup Dirt Grafton (available in two colorways) and a Dirt Grafton Sock. The Laceup Dirt Grafton, to be launched in black or brown oiled leather, is constructed with waterproof full grain and rubberized leather, with a waterproof membrane and an air flow foot bed with a leather sock. Meanwhile, the Dirt Grafton Sock is made with fine black nappa leather along with a high abrasion carbon rubber outsole.
The footwear collaboration will be available next January at Rick Owens’s retail and online store, as well as Hood Rubber. In other footwear news, peep Yohji Yamamoto’s space-inspired Y-3 Noci High in new colorways.
