Prada's 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Hits Venice Beach in This Editorial

To celebrate the 2017 fall/winter addition of Prada to its arsenal of luxury labels, SSENSE unveils an exclusive editorial shot on Venice Beach. Working almost exclusively with leather and corduroy, the brand played with simplicity, authenticity, and the naïveté, favoring the crude and unsophisticated look over the polished and urbane. Shot by Daniel Reagan, the editorial is filled with a sea of burnt orange and blue corduroy which brings viewers back to the jungle gyms of youth, and much from the color palette brought back messy scenes from childhood — mustard, shades of brown, and green punctuated with classic blue on a Multicolor Art Print Bowling Shirt.
