nude:masahiko maruyama Unveils Its Monochrome-Rich 2018 Spring/Summer Collection
Featuring deconstructed shapes and elongated silhouettes.

Roughly a year ago today, we took a look at nude:masahiko maruyama’s 2017 spring/summer collection titled “DISTORTION 3.” The monochromatic range toyed with gothic influences — narrated through the use of varying silhouette shapes swathed in deep black. In looking ahead to next spring, Masahiko Maruyama and his eclectic imprint construct yet another seasonal assemblage, which does well to communicate the brand’s love of solid tonal schemes and elongated shapes.
Sticking to a color palette consisting mainly of black, white, grey and brown, Maruyama deviates ever-so slightly from his trademark aesthetic by incorporating an assortment of abstract prints. Innovative renditions on some heritage staples also surface throughout, including creative takes on such items, including overalls, waist coats, cardigans, blazers and other outerwear items.
In other fashion news, Billionaire Boys Club recently released a Game of Thrones Varsity Jacket.
