Champion's New Footwear Collection Draws Inspiration From Military and Collegiate Themes
Simple, durable and stylish.

For years, Champion has remained a hallmark in the heritage sportswear arena, however, has undergone quite a resurgence in the last couple of years, thanks largely to the recent Vetements cosign. The revered activewear label has since joined forces with Wood Wood, BEAMS GOLF, Stüssy and others, while also pushing its own artistic agendas.
In looking ahead to the upcoming fall season, Champion is preparing to unveil its new footwear collection — spotlighting a swarm of both high-top and low-top sneaker iterations. With both military and collegiate themes running rampant throughout, items keep to a minimalist aesthetic with quality craftsmanship taking center stage. Adhering to a fall-friendly color palette, including black and shades of both white and brown, the shoes, each handmade, feature a durable, water repellant upper. Other noteworthy features include an elevated heel sole and reinforced lacing system. The collection will make its debut on August 25 at participating Champion retailers.
