Explore Ancient Egypt With the New 'Assassin's Creed Origins' Trailer
October 27 can’t come soon enough.
With its release date just over two months away, Ubisoft has unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Origins. Taking place in ancient Egypt, the cinematic trailer showcases a few of the historical figures that will be appearing in the game, such as Cleopatra and Ptolemy. The story puts players in control of Bayek, the main protagonist and a member of the Medjah, a police group in ancient Egypt. The story follows Bayek as he puts in motion the events that lead up to the eventual formation of the Assassin Brotherhood that shapes the rest of the series. Assassin’s Creed Origins is set to release for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 27.
