adidas Athletics has unveiled its new Z.N.E. Pulse collection, a concept — created through data analysis and though working closely with athlete’s during the product’s development — designed to reflect the rising heartbeat in the moments of anticipation before a sportsperson takes to the track or pitch — what the brand refers to as the “pulse moment.”

The collection’s key piece is the Z.N.E. Pulse Knit Hoodie, which is crafted from merino wool into a unique heartbeat knit. The hoodie, like the rest of the collection, is designed to be suitable for both game day and normal days, with a variety of knitting techniques used to keep each piece lightweight and breathable.

Take a look at the upcoming collection above, with Paul Pogba and Gareth Bale modeling the pieces, and in the gallery below — with adidas Athletics’ latest signing, Celtic’s Moussa Dembélé, in the specially-replicated pre-game tunnel at the official unveiling of the collection last week in London.

Even though the collection isn’t dropping worldwide until August 31, the pieces will be available for pre-order from the adidas web store from August 22, where prices will range from $110 USD to $200 USD. While you’re waiting, why not check out the EQT Support 93/17’s new “Core Black” makeover?
