See Morrissey Before the Fame in the Trailer for 'England Is Mine'

The trailer for the Morrissey biopic, England is Mine has just been released. The movie follows the life of iconic UK singer-songwriter, Mr. Steven Patrick Morrissey during his younger years in ’70s Manchester’s rising music scene. Furthermore, the story will also show how Moz becomes the frontman for The Smiths.
Actor Jack Lowden plays Morrissey, while Jessica Brown from Downton Abbey stars as Linder Sterling, a Liverpudlian visual artist and close friend to Mozza.
Directed by Jack Lowden, England is Mine will first premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on July 2nd. It will then receive a wider release in the UK on August 4th.
