As we gear up for Game of Thrones Season 7, Binging With Babish brings us a new pop cultural cooking tutorial inspired by the ravenous lands of the medieval fantasy epic. This time, the popular YouTube chef cooks up three dishes from three vastly different worlds. The first is a devilish Purple Wedding pudding pie, inspired by the marriage of King Joffrey and Margaery, which involves a protein-heavy mix of wild boar, rabbit and pigeon, and a generous seasoning of exotic herbs and spices. The second is a Dothraki blood pie made with actual pig’s blood and garnished with goat cheese and figs. The third course ends things on a finer note with a delicate lemon cake inspired by the whimsical Highgarden castle.
