The xx Collaborate With Raf Simons & Millie Bobby Brown for New "I Dare You" Video
Featuring direction by Alasdair McLellan.
Following the release of the video for “Brave for You (Marfa Demo)” just last week, The xx have returned with the latest visual accompaniment to I See You. This time around, the acclaimed trio has partnered with none other than Raf Simons to release a piece for “I Dare You.” Dreamed up by Simons and helmed by Alasdair McLellan (who just shot the latest Palace x adidas Originals campaign and previously directed the band’s “On Hold” and “Say Something Loving” vids), the piece was not only shot at Lloyd Wright’s Sowden House in Los Angeles, but features Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown along with the likes of Calvin Klein collaborators Ashton Sanders, Paris Jackson, and models Lulu and Ernesto Cervantes — all of whom front campaigns for the label.
Check out the stylish “I Dare You” vid above. In other xx news, the band was recently forced to cancel its upcoming Night + Day Festival in Iceland after the location — the picturesque Skógafoss waterfall — was added to the country’s list of endangered areas.
