The Original "Most Interesting Man in the World" Is Back, This Time He's Drinking Something Much Stronger

Ex-Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World” Jonathan Goldsmith has come out of his one year retirement and is now doing work for Astral Tequila. After being sent on a one-way trip to Mars, Goldsmith looks to have found his way back, pouring himself a glass of Astral while saying “I told you, I don’t always drink beer” and immediately falling into a familiar position on a couch with two beautiful women comfortably in his arms.
The similarities between this ad and all the old Dos Equis (owned by Heineken) ads don’t seem to bother the beer brand as a Heineken spokesperson told Ad Age, “we thank Jonathan Goldsmith for his long-time contributions to the brand, and wish him the best in his next endeavors.”
