Watch the New Computer Animated 'Starship Troopers: Traitors of Mars' Trailer
Johnny Rico and Dizzy Flores are back.
Sony Pictures Entertainment has released the trailer for Starship Troopers: Traitors of Mars. The fifth installment of the sci-fi action adventure film arrives nearly twenty years after the original 1997 Starship Troopers. This version is completely computer animated, allowing for an even more intense visual experience.
Within the film, Johnny Rico is sent to work with a group of new recruits on a satellite station on Mars. Along with his troops, he’ll have to battle the arachnids once again. Actors Casper Van Dien and Dina Meyer return to lend their voices as Johnny Rico and Dizzy Flores, and they’re joined by comedian and Starship Troopers fanatic, DeRay Davis.
Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars will screen one night only in select theaters August 21, 2017.
