MAGIC STICK Drops Lane Crawford Capsule Collection
The latest in department stores looking to streetwear for reinvention.
Tokyo-based label MAGIC STICK has collaborated with Hong Kong behemoth department store Lane Crawford to produce a special capsule collection. A few years ago, the pairing of the Tokyo streetwear brand and the century-old department store might have seemed odd. But today, Lane Crawford’s move follows suit with the trend of department stores looking to streetwear for a change of pace. In fact, only two weeks ago, the Hong Kong store released a collection in collaboration with Song for the Mute.
The MAGIC STICK capsule collection features a reversible twill bomber jacket, pintuck jersey slacks, MAGIC STICK graphic T-shirts and a set of hoodies. The collection is only available in Hong Kong and Shanghai, so you might have to take a quick flight to get your hands on it.
