Fishing industry workwear was the inspiration of GCDS and Giuliano Calza’s first Milan Fashion Week show. Pieces were strung together with bright yellow cotton macs and colored rubber-soled sneakers. The phrase “Sea Riously” was stitched across the entire collection, with other pieces sporting fish packaging labels and vintage painting depicting ships at sea. Women wore pieces based on life jackets to pull together the overall theme. Primary colors were broken up with the help of baby pinks, deep reds, and bright greens.
