Charles Jeffrey Loverboy's Inaugural 2018 Spring/Summer Runway Show Is an Eclectic Knockout
Full of colorful ensembles and characters.
Scottish born designer, illustrator and radical creative Charles Jeffrey debuted his first standalone show at this year’s London Fashion Week Men’s. Coming down the runway was a mish-mash of characters from those wearing pink-painted homemade cardboard shapes, to half-pantomime troupe dancers of all sizes. Using the motto of “The past is a country anyone can visit!,” Jeffrey’s offering is quite deliberately non-linear. The collection boasts inspiration from both Vivienne Westwood and John Galliano as well as all the London club kids in the eighties.
