FILA Brings Back Its Classic 96GL Sneaker From the '90s

FILA takes a nostalgic step back into time with the re-release of its classic 96 GL model. At the height of its popularity, the signature shoe of then NBA superstar Grant Hill was a successful lifestyle crossover resonating firmly in the streets with kids far and wide gravitating towards the model. Set to hit the shelves in a trio of OG colorways, each features a smooth leather finish with prominent branding found on the side panel, tongue and sole. This in tandem with Gosha Rubchinskiy utilizing staple FILA pieces in past collections, it seems as though FILA’s climb back up the streetwear and sneaker ranks seems all but an inevitable reality.
