Take a Look at Carhartt WIP's Third 'Skateboarding Annual'
A 216-page magazine about the past year of skating.
Carhartt WIP has released its third Skateboarding Annual, a magazine looking back at the brand’s past year of projects and the stories behind them. The brand’s approach to the 216-page magazine sees them ”find new angles, elaborate on what has gone under the radar, and sometimes let ourselves drift so far from the initial story that we come up with something completely new.” Similarly to the the first and second issues, this approach led to some unconventional topics in relation to skateboarding, including an article about a visit to the modernist town of Gibellina in Italy, as well as features on other cities including London and Seoul. The Skateboarding Annual #3 is available now from the Carhartt WIP web store for £11 GBP ($15 USD).
Carhartt WIP was also recently the subject of a Grind Magazine editorial, showing the brand’s workwear alongside pieces from Gosha Rubchinskiy, FACETASM, and Liam Hodges.
