A Kind of Guise Introduces Its German-Made 2017 Spring/Summer Eyewear
Featuring styles named after Beirut, Bogota, Dakar, Jakarta, and Palermo.
This season, A Kind of Guise is venturing into the world of eyewear for the very first time, dropping a range of German-made sunglasses for Spring/Summer 2017. Crafted in a workshop outside of Kaiserslautern, the collection makes use of high-quality acetate and Carl Zeiss lenses as AKOG has “adopted the best in German optical know-how to get you looking good in the sun.” Five different styles are included in the drop, each named for bustling, sun-drenched metropolises and modeled here by expats in the bright Bavarian sun.
The German-made Beirut, Bogota, Dakar, Jakarta, and Palermo silhouettes are available now online, at A Kind of Guise’s Munich and Berlin flagships, and select retailers around the world.
