That first toss on a fresh set of sheets. This is the only exception for kicks on the bed, when they’re brand new. They haven’t touched the pavement or any other surface but its own packaging. Clean, crisp and perfect for admiration.

Now it’s time to add your newest acquisition to the rest of your personal collection. Are you the type to throw it in a random place or is your sneaker stack strategically formed? Nonetheless, this process is always an interesting one to partake in or witness.

Seemingly a perfect match, the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 goes well with natural elements such as New York sidewalks or other cement structures. One complements the other while its detailing still manage to command your attention.
@kurmanix
The KAWS x Air Jordan 4 is nothing without a friendly companion by its side. It was only a matter of time before the two would be paired with one another to form the perfect image. Shades of grey are displayed between the two highly coveted pieces of art and footwear.

A cool contrast never hurt anyone. It was pretty surprising to see the silhouette not use a wide selection of colors since many KAWS pieces tend to do so. That won’t stop its owners to add a little pop to their sneaker shots.

We’re all accustomed to the clean white to bring out your favorite silhouette, shelf-piecebut why not take things further and bring an artful installation aesthetic to your latest pickup?
@sneakernessparis
A little wood grain detail can take an image to a new level. This time around it serves as a subtle reminder that Michael Jordan did some pretty amazing things during his career with the Chicago Bulls before his signature shoes became the canvas to numerous collaborations. Would you ever take the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 on the court like Gary Payton II?

The Jumpman takes flight this time around. You find more details within the model the more you look at it. From its various suede options to the KAWS “XX” hits on each lace tip. Would you consider this as the best collaboration of 2017 so far?
@victorevans2
KAWS companion meets its newest partner in crime. If you happen to score on the two, it’s safe to say that luck was on your side. You may not aim to ever wear your latest purchase but it does pretty well as a shelf piece.
@lxychee
There’s nothing better than taking your latest cop right out the box for the first time. The admiration, the detailing and yes that new shoe smell. One can only imagine the unboxing experience being that much better due to its co-branded packaging, dust bags and detailed tissue paper as a bonus.
