Desiigner crossed the north of the 49th parallel for the first time on Tuesday, April 4, to perform at Vancouver’s Vogue Theatre. The G.O.O.D. Music signee brought along San Diego rapper Rob $tone — best known for his hit song “Chill Bill” off of his 2015 mixtape Straight Bummin) — as his opening act. As you can expect from a performer who has vomited on stage before, Desiigner was turnt all the way up the entire time. Donning a diamond-embedded ankh necklace, watch and pinky ring, the Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn rapper performed his best known hits like “Panda,” “Tiimmy Turner” and “Zombie Walk” as well as other tracks from his New English mixtape. Peep the photo recap above and check out his conversation with Vancouver’s resident interviewer Nardwuar the Human Serviette here.
