Reese Laflare & Key! Take Inspiration From Gaming & Missy Elliott for "1Up" Video
We need more from the Been Had Boyz.
Reese Laflare and Key! take their inspirational cues from gaming and classic Missy Elliott music videos for their latest visual. Reconnecting as the Been Had Boyz, the Atlanta rappers revisit the Been Had Boyz debut project for a clip in support of EP cut “1Up.” Directed by Sean Kelly and Reese Laflare himself, the “1Up” clip’s unique stylistic choices and aesthetic come to us courtesy of photography director Tim Reis and and art director Trevor Kane. Tripped-out, colorful and eclectic, the new video offers a refreshing alternative to the usual drugs-and-guns narratives that dominate the Atlanta rap landscape.
