“The Vision-Airs”: A Look Inside NikeLab’s Innovative Exhibition in Hong Kong

Showcasing unique interpretations of “the future possibilities of air.”

NikeLab is currently hosting an exhibition inside Hong Kong Art Central’s massive space for Art Basel Hong Kong 2017. Dubbed “The Vision-Airs,” the cutting-edge installation designed by COLLECTIVE is an homage to the fledgling Nike Air VaporMax silhouette and showcases the intricate work of artists FengChen Wang, WanBing Huang and Anais Mak of Jourden. Not to mention, renowned sound artist h0nh1m has his latest vapor-reactive piece featured in the exhibit as well.

All in the all, the Vision-Airs offer their unique interpretations of “the future possibilities of air” whilst keeping in mind the “very essence of Air’s original purpose: to provide lightweight, consistent cushioning that lasts,” NikeLab said in a statement.
