Raf Simons Spotlights Signature Denim in Calvin Klein's "American Classics" 2017 Campaign

Ahead of his first runway show with Calvin Klein for New York Fashion Week, Raf Simons aptly showcases key denim wares straight from the American fashion house’s archives in a new campaign dubbed “American Classics.” Set against a handful of pieces by art world luminaries spanning Andy Warhol, Richard Prince, Dan Flavin and Sterling Ruby, the visuals showcase male and female models clad in an array of coveted jeans and underwear. “It’s a celebration of Calvin Klein’s iconic underwear and jeans; acknowledging their status as Pop and showing them in the world of art,” said Simons on Instagram. All visuals were shot by Willy Vanderperre at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
