'Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection' Celebrates the History of the Iconic Series
Bringing the arcade back home.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic Street Fighter series, Capcom recently unveiled a trailer for an upcoming commemorative compilation game. Paying homage to the history of the series, the compilation features 12 arcade perfect games in total — containing everything from the 1987 original to Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. Bringing the arcade back home, the multiplayer experience of Street Fighter II, II Turbo, Alpha 3 and 3rd Strike is modernized with online play capabilities, including ranked matches, lobbies and leaderboards. Additionally, comprehensive galleries with an interactive timeline, concept art, music archive and sprite viewers offer players another avenue to explore the series in depth.
