The Shoe Surgeon Makes a Custom OVO x Stone Island Air Jordan 12

The last official Stone Island collaboration we saw were the NikeLab Sock Darts that dropped in January 2017. Although the Italian-label has been quiet in the footwear world, Dominic Chambrone aka The Shoe Surgeon recently teased a one-of-a-kind OVO x Stone Island runner made specifically for none-other than artist Drake.
The reworked OVO x Air Jordan 12 Retro gets an all-black treatment covered in a leather ribbed ankle collar. Stone Island hits are seen on the denim toe-wrap and logo on the heel. The sneaker artisan combines more diverse fabric, finishing the midsole in Japanese plonge leather.
This is the second iteration gifted to the ‘Take Care’ rapper following a blue version in celebration of his 31st birthday. While the shoe is a custom, those interested can try requesting on The Shoe Surgeon’s website.
