Migos Shares New Pharrell-Produced Single, "Stir Fry"
Watch them cook.
Following their notable contributions on the super stacked Control the Streets, Vol. 1 project, Migos have returned with a new Pharrell-produced single today titled, “Stir Fry.” This just a week after the release of N.E.R.D’s valiant comeback project, No_One Ever Really Dies which featured a staggering lineup of guest features including Rihanna, André 3000, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Gucci Mane, M.I.A. and Future among others.
Meanwhile, “Stir Fry” sees Pharrell sampling The Mohawks’s “The Champ,” a classic record which was utilized on a number of seminal hip-hop records including KRS-One’s “Step Into a World,” Onyx’s “Slam,” Eric B & Rakim’s “Eric B Is President” and even something more recent like Frank Ocean’s “Nikes.” Listen in above and in case you haven’t already, check out the hilarious jab at Joe Budden on the new “Ice Tray” music video.
