Introduced with some distinctly 90s vibes in terms of both music and visuals, the first episode of Food Makes Me Happy sees The Based God turn hand to a mango and pistachio tart — complete with a taste test by the Chonga Girls — and get the lowdown on the ins and outs of the paleo diet.
