ADISH Unveils Middle Eastern-Influenced Debut Collection
Mixing contemporary pieces with traditional embroidery.
Tel Aviv-based label ADISH has revealed its first ever collection with a Collection 001 lookbook showcasing embroidered pieces and historic Palestinian influences. For this release, the brand has collaborated with a group of more than 30 Palestinian hand-embroiderers, as well as with New York-based artist Jordan Nassar. These cross-border collaborations are a key part of ADISH, as the label aims to show the power of working together in a region normally associated with hostility.
The resulting unisex collection is titled “We Made You” and includes a range of staple pieces, such as hoodies, T-shirts and sweat pants alongside accessories such as caps and bucket hats. All of these pieces are then finished with embroidered details such as the ADISH logo or colored flowers.
