'Family Guy' Takes Aim at Kanye West in Christmas Special
“You know, it’s just like, you know, music, and fashion, all that! You know I can’t be stopped.”
As part of its Christmas special, Family Guy has included a joke at Kanye West‘s expense. As the family decorates the house, Meg places a “Kanye Cane” in each of the children’s stockings. Each cane comes wearing Kanye’s once-signature shutter shades while offering a Kanye-like quote.
Some of the phrases include “You know, it’s just like, you know, music, and fashion, all that! You know I can’t be stopped” and “Whatever I do, I just want to be the best because the best is never enough.” Notably, the canes were all voiced by Jay Pharoah, who has often portrayed Kanye on Saturday Night Live.
