New 'Black Mirror' Season 4 Trailer Explores '70s Sci-Fi
A potential dark take on ‘Star Trek.’
After a slew of trailers for episodes “Arkangel,” “Black Museum,” and “Metalhead,” Netflix now drops the newest preview for Black Mirror season 4. Titled “USS Callister,” the feature-length installment is set in space following a Star Trek-influenced crew on a ship lead by a seemingly sycophantic captain played by Jesse Plemons. The episode, however, is set in our reality in the far-off future.
The episode is written by “Black Mirror” co-creator Charlie Brooker and William Bridges and directed by Toby Haynes. Check out the trailer above and share your thoughts below.
