After our first look at the new adidas Crazy BYW LVL 1 sneaker worn by Nick Young and Brandon Ingram, we have a better view of the forthcoming performance shoe.
Featuring a chunky BOOST midsole in the requisite Crazy shape, the shoe boasts a mostly monochrome colorway — differing from the colorful model first seen on the court — interrupted by the blue elastic lacelocks and pulltab. White piping winds around the upper, giving the shoe a recognizable shape. A suede toe box contrasts with the breathable Primeknit upper, which offers differing patterns for a subtle bit of visual appeal.
The adidas Crazy BYW LVL 1 is expected to hit shelves on January 27; stay tuned for more information on colorways and pricing. In the meantime, check out the two-minute-long “The History of Crazy,” narrated by Famous Los.
