UPDATE: The Virgil Abloh x Nike "The Ten" Online Draw Is Cancelled
A Nike rep has responded on the incident.

UPDATE: A Nike rep has reached out to state the following:
Due to technical issues caused by overwhelming demand for “The Ten” collection, we have made the decision to cancel the online draw. We apologize for any inconvenience. Those looking to purchase shoes from the collection will have the opportunity to do so via the Nike SNKRS app at a later date.
The rep has also added that the product will be available at their wholesale partners, and the cancellation only affects raffles here in North America — European online draws are still running. No change is expected for this release outside of the U.S.
Stay tuned for more details as it is received.
The highly-anticipated collaboration between Nike and Off-White™ founder Virgil Abloh has started its worldwide release run. With thousands of fans lining up outside stores and taking to online raffles just to try their luck a being able to purchase one of the sought-after models, many were disappointed when Nike failed to deliver on its own lottery attempt. On Thursday, the sportswear giant attempted to release two pairs — the Air Presto and Air Max 90 — via its @NikeNYC Twitter account, which left many people confused and frustrated.
Beginning on November 8, Nike stated it would hold the online draw on Thursday, November 9 at 5 p.m. EST. Following this tweet, Nike apologized saying the release would then happen at 6 p.m. EST. Finally when the link was posted, it generated errors, leading to a slew of angry customers and responses on the social media platform. With this unsuccessful launch, Nike has yet to provide any updates, telling fans to “stay tuned.”
