Joe Manganiello Shares the Best Look Yet at the DC Extended Universe's Deathstroke
Manganiello as the masked mercenary.

By now you’ve probably heard that Joe Manganiello’s Deathstroke finally made his first official appearance in the DC Extended Universe, popping up in Justice League‘s post-credits scene alongside Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor — this more than a year after Ben Affleck teased the character on Instagram. Now, thanks to Manganiello himself, we have our best look yet at the film’s masked mercenary — armor, sword, eyepatch and all. As you can see from the IG post, the actor makes for the perfect Slade Wilson and looks downright badass in the film’s take on the comic book character’s signature black and red getup.
So when will we get to see a gun-toting, sword-wielding Manganiello in action? It remains unclear if the character is still on track for an appearance as the Dark Knight’s main nemesis in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, though Deathstroke may be getting a solo jaunt of his own, courtesy of director Gareth Evans.
Nonetheless, catch a glimpse of Manganiello’s Deathstroke above and stay tuned for more regarding Warner Bros. and DC’s extended film universe.
