KENZO La Collection Memento Nº1 Pop-Up @ Opening Ceremony
Taking cues from the brand’s archive.
Opening Ceremony‘s New York location will play host to a KENZO pop-up exhibiting the brand’s new line, La Collection Memento Nº1. The selection incorporates a substantial range of clothing, with inspiration drawn from Hans Feurer’s ’80s KENZO campaign photographs.
Exclusively available at Opening Ceremony and Bergdorf Goodman, the OC location displays a mini-exhibition of archival and new imagery, also shot by Feurer. La Collection Memento Nº1 spotlights bold reds, blues and floral patterns across a variety of items, including T-shirts, embellished pants, hooded sweaters, varsity and puffer jackets and an array of accessories for both men and women, keeping in line with Kenzo Takada‘s original design ethos.
KENZO’s Opening Ceremony pop-up will run from October 10 to November 6. In related news, both KENZO and Opening Ceremony revealed new offerings, La Collection Memento Nº2 and the “TORCH” capsule, respectively.
