visvim's SKAGWAY HI Gets a Colorful Makeover
visvim’s retro court-inspired high-top returns for Fall/Winter 2016.

Hiroki Nakamura’s SKAGWAY has long been a visvim staple, turning up in high-top, low-top and slip-on form over the years with everything from suede and denim construction to patchwork- and graphic-covered uppers. For Fall/Winter 2016, the kicks are, naturally, back again as a high-top, this time with denim uppers. A nod to the retro court classics of old, the design comes atop a simple rubber sole and lined in breathable bovine leather while hand-painted color-blocking highlights the shoe’s red and purple colorways.
Both make-ups can be found now via visvim stockists and the Japanese label’s web store for $570 USD per pair.
