The Bower House Has a Master Bedroom Tower That Overlooks Lake Erie

Aptly named Bower, this home designed by Kariouk Associates is inspired by the nest dwellings of bowerbirds. The agency translated this by allowing the master bedroom to be perched high above the first story. This tower-like feature was achieved in order for the homeowners to have a large sleeping chamber with eye-catching views of the tree lines and nearby Lake Erie. Inside are rooms and leisure spaces complete with marble floors, immaculate white walls, sturdy counters and wide glass doors. There’s even an indoor swimming pool for those who value privacy when taking a refreshing evening dip. Both interior and exterior boasts very streamlined lines, so its perfect as a home for those who value minimalism and uncomplicated designs.
