Los Angeles’ Record Parlour is offering a rare initiative for its customers this weekend. If you spend $20 or more at their Hollywood store, you’re allowed to take up to 100 records on the house. The shop recommends to “get there early” because “when they’re gone they’re gone.” In addition to the LPs, the offer is extended to about 2,000 45s, 78s, cassettes and music posters, all having been accumulated since the store’s last free day back in January, which was followed by $1 sale in May. Obviously, you are advised to bring your own box or bag since this will be the store’s final giveaway of the year with DJs. The free vinyl giveaway takes place weekend on June 11 & 12 on 6408 Selma Ave, Los Angeles. Doors open 10.30 am PST. Find more details about the event here.
