Minecraft Hits 100 Million Sales
Boasting an incredible 40 million users each month.
Popular 8-bit graphic game Minecraft has surpassed 100 million sales across all platforms since its 2011 launch. According to its developer Mojang, the block-building game sold a whopping 53,000 copies per day since the beginning of 2016. Just under Tetris, Minecraft is officially the second best-selling video game in the world thanks to its unlimited possibilities, which allows players to let their imagination create their own realm. Currently available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Android and Apple, this digital phenomenon is not disappearing any time soon.
